R. Kim Tyler

P.Geo, B.Sc.

President, CEO, and Director

Kim Tyler, P.Geo is a mining and exploration professional with over 40 years of progressive management and executive experience in gold, base metals and industrial minerals with companies including Vale, Rio Tinto, Royal Oak Mines and Cominco Ltd. Mr. Tyler brings extensive technical expertise that, besides mineral exploration, includes mine operations experience in both open pit and underground mining environments.

Since 2007 Mr. Tyler has served as an executive officer and director for junior exploration and development companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has lead executive teams through exploration to pre-development phases, managed successful financings, property acquisitions, NI 43-101 Resource Estimate and PEA studies, and various mining agreements including First Nations, custom milling and concentrate off-take agreements. Under his leadership the Company was awarded “Developer of the Year” in 2008 by the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors and Developers Association and received a public award of recognition for best business practices by the Grand Chief of the First Nations within Treaty #3. Mr. Tyler has also held positions as Manager of Project Evaluations, North America for Dundee Precious Metals as well as Operations Manager for Harte Gold Corp. and Temex Resources Corp.

Mr. Tyler is a Professional Geoscientist registered in both British Columbia and Ontario. He has worked within both junior and major mining and exploration environments. As such he has had exposure to innovation and best industry practices from a number of corporate cultures.

Gary Nassif

P.Geo., M.Sc.

Senior Vice President

Mr. Gary Nassif is a professional geologist with over twenty-five years’ experience in gold, base-metal and diamond exploration in Canada, United States and sub-Saharan Africa. He was Senior Vice President of Sprott Mining’s Jerritt Canyon Gold during its successful turnaround, re-start, operations and production up until its sale to First Majestic Silver in 2021.   He is also President & CEO of Argentum Silver Corp. and a Director of Inventus Mining and Warrior Gold. He was previously Manager of Exploration Services for several juniors including Trelawney Mining & Exploration prior to its sale to IAMGOLD for $608 million in 2012. He holds an M.Sc. in Geology (McGill University), a B.Sc. in Geology (Concordia University) and a Certificate in Mining Law from Osgoode Hall.   Mr. Nassif has been a Director of Stratabound since May 2020.

Keith Boyle

Fremont Gold Project Director

Mr. Keith Boyle is a mining engineer with over 37 years of international mining experience including 14 years as a Chief Operating Officer for junior mining companies where he has successfully led these organizations through the stages of feasibility, mine development, and successful operations while increasing and upgrading mineral resources, optimizing efficiencies and increasing net present value. In his early career Mr. Boyle held progressive positions with Cominco Ltd (now Teck), Aur Resources Inc, Placer Dome Ltd, Inco Ltd, and Dynatec Corp, before assuming his senior executive positions.

Mr. Boyle’s specific focus will be on bringing the company’s advanced-stage flagship Fremont Gold Project through to production.

Brendan Blair

Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Brendan Blair has over fifteen years’ experience in professional accountancy firms including four years as a Partner of LNS Chartered Professional Accountants.  He has a strong background in corporate governance, accounting standards, controls and audit requirements, regulatory and tax compliance, and cash management, amongst other duties, with a focus on assisting public mining companies in Canada. He currently sits on the Audit and Assurance Standards Board as one of fourteen Board Members responsible for setting audit and related services standards across Canada. Mr. Blair also serves as the Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and Treasurer of Carya, a not-for-profit organization.
