Assay results up to 320 g/t Au, (9.3 opt Au)

Exploring in Yukon’s Tombstone Gold Belt

Gold-bearing quartz veins in sediment host within 3km x 250m wide >30 ppb Au-in-soil anomaly.

  • 90 sq. km property along 24 km of mineralized trend… only 20% explored.
  • All-season Cantung Mine Rd through claim group… low exploration cost.
  • 10-year Class 3 Exploration Permit to 2026.
  • 25 km north of Seabridge Gold’s recently acquired high-grade 3 Aces Project
  • 5,401 g/t Au discovery 2003
  • Six parallel gold-bearing veins within a 130m wide gold vein “corridor” along 970m of strike – open both directions and at depth below 150m.
  • New discovery 7.1km along strike: 0.92 gpt Au/2m
  • NEW in 2020 – 64 float-train samples assay between 0.25 to 320 g/t Au over 1 km x 100m on surface.

2021 Highlights:

  • 116 soil and 157 rock samples, ground geophysics and geological surveys on property-wide targets
  • 92 surface samples collected averaged 13.46 g/t gold uncapped, (8.85 g/t Au capped*), and ranged between <0.01 g/t to 320 g/t gold
  • A total of 25 drillholes and 24 trenches completed over 1 km strike
  • Drill results up to 60.1 g/t gold over 0.9m (within 2.53 g/t gold over 33m)
  • Best trench result: 24.4 g/t gold over 6.0m (including 95.0 g/t gold over 1.5m)

A National Instrument 43‐ 101 Technical Report on the Golden Culvert and Little Hyland Properties, Watson Lake District, Yukon Territory, Canada was published Feb 12, 2018.

2020 Exploration:

Float-train Sampling

•1 km long by up to 0.1 km wide gold-mineralized boulder field of surface float-trains linking likewise gold-mineralized quartz vein structures exposed in outcrop, subcrop and trenching

•92 surface samples collected averaged 13.46 g/t gold uncapped, (8.85 g/t Au capped*), and ranged between <0.01 g/t to 320 g/t gold.

64 of the samples (70%) were between 0.25 g/t to 320 g/t gold and averaged 19.32 g/t gold uncapped, (12.70 g/t gold capped*).

•Only two samples were below assay detection limits.
